Private Dinner reservations are available every day of the week. Fill out your desired dates and details. Entering a few requested dates can help guarantee a spot.
2. Plan Your Dinner
Your coordinator will contact you to discuss the details and our Executive chef will collaborate to design a custom menu and experience.
3. Enjoy The Food
You and your guests will experience high-level cuisine, prepared and served by culinary professionals. Our food and service is on par with the best restaurants.

Our Chefs
Chris Paulos
Chris is a Milwaukee-based chef creating thoughtful, ingredient-driven dishes rooted in place, season, and intention. His cooking lives at the intersection of past and present—honoring classic techniques while staying on the leading edge of modern culinary trends. He specializes in hyper-local ingredients, letting what’s grown, raised, and harvested nearby guide each menu. Every dish is built with precision, creativity, and his own personal flare, designed to feel both elevated and deeply connected to its origins.
Beyond the kitchen, he enjoys the outdoors with a deep respect for the land and the animals that sustain us. He believes in using every part whenever possible, minimizing waste, and cooking with integrity. Sustainability isn’t a buzzword for him—it’s a responsibility. By working closely with local farmers, foragers, and producers, he aims to create food that tells a story: of place, of craft, and of a genuine commitment to doing things the right way.
Adam Miller
With over 18 years Culinary Experience, starting off in Family owned restaurants at the age of 13, Chef Adam Miller honed his skills at The Culinary Institute Of America. With a vast range of experience in all areas of hospitality he has worked at Johns Island Club in Vero Beach Florida, with a focus on Local farms, seafood, and mediterranean cuisine. Locally he has been Sous Chef at Potawatomi Hotel and Casino, Executive Sous Chef Geneva National Club, Executive Chef AFAM Field, and Corporate Chef for Door County Brewing Co. He continues to have a passion for colorful, bright food that is ingredient focused and effincise on sourcing locally.
